The Project
The Kindred Spirit project started March 2, 2023. My husband Adam and I thought it would be fun to conquer a project together and make a successful business out of it. Like any project it wasn't easy but we've learned a lot on this journey. We can work together and succeed together. The name was the hardest part for me. It was girls weekend in Woodinville that the name came to light and so here we are.
Sanding, sanding and more sanding off the rust and loose paint.
Used a regular electrical sander and a wire wheel.
Installing the frame for the counters
Removed all the old caulk to put on the new caulk.
We used automotive paint. Didn't want to paint again in a year.
Pressure washing and getting her cleaned up to start the process.
Kenny made the fir countertops and brought them over
Installing fresh water, grey water and keg barrels
Polyurethaning the counters.
